Plan, execute and deliver the redesign of Marmon’s website whirlpoolwatersolutions.com. Primary goals for the new consumer website included aligning the site with Whirlpool brand standards, improving overall site lead conversions, and enhancing the overall user experience.

IAN partnered with Marmon’s marketing team to restructure the information architecture (IA) for the new site. Audience segmentation was deployed and existing analytics were benchmarked to increase the positioning of important content within the new IA.
