St. Paul Ice Fishing & Winter Sports Show - 30th Anniversary

The St. Paul Ice Fishing & Winter Sports Show has been the biggest showcase for arctic anglers for three decades. However, the 30th Anniversary of the historic event needed to be just that, historic. Good Sam Media asked the IAN Advertising team to build a strategy to highlight the 30th Anniversary show like never before, and to maintain that same momentum for years to come.

Our team developed a media blitz that shook ice houses from Alaska all the way to Nova Scotia. We used a similar formula that has worked since taking over the Ice Fishing Show marketing duties in 2012, but with an additional Minnesota "kick". The media buy was structured to pinpoint the core demographic, highlighting activities and features to drive consumers to the show while also creating new and exciting incentives for potential attendees. IAN team also designed and utilized the new 30th anniversary logo throughout all digital marketing campaigns.
